The Pape Event Center at Gillespie Country Farm Bureau is a 6,000 square foot, climate controlled event center with a maximum capacity of 400. It is perfect for weddings, corporate meetings, and other large events.
* 6,000 square foot main hall with stationary stage
* Use of separate 500 square foot room for storage, etc

* Use of 55 rectangular tables, 5 round tables, and approximately 400 chairs

*Access to Event Center 8am - 5pm weekday prior to event date (extra charge for AC/Heat)
- $1,200 Rental Fee (Gillespie Farm Bureau Members receive $200 discount)
- $400 Refundable Security Deposit Required for Reservation
Weekday Meeting or Corporate/Organization Event:
-$500. No Deposit Required.
- $20 per hour for additional set-up time (must be arranged and approved in advance)
- $20 per hour for AC/Heat during BOTH the included set up time and any additional set-up time
Licensed Security is required to be employed and payed for by the renter and must be present during the event. A Written Proof of Security must be provided to Gillespie County Farm Bureau prior to the event. Verbal Proof of Security accepted from Unlimited Security only.
* All caterers welcome - renter may choose any caterer or provide their own food
* Alcohol may provided but may NOT be sold
*Alcohol consumption by minors strictly prohibited
*No glass bottles allowed
